Nadia's Breastfeeding Slice

A great snack for nursing mums. Also perpect for a pre-exercise snack.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup rolled oats
1 c whole wheat flour
8 tbsp coconut
3/4 cup bran flakes
4 tbsl sesame seeds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup sliced almonds
19 dried apricots, diced
1/2 cup grated dark chocolate
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup apple juice
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, using hands to work the juice in and ensure everything is mixed
2. Press the mixture into a shallow baking tin, such as a sponge roll tin
3. Bake at 165deg for 30 minutes (or 45 minutes for a crisper slice)
4. Cut into sqaures while still warm
5. Store in an airtight container.
