Quick and easy snack for anyone anytime. Have it spicy or plain.
Ingredients:
1 packet of dorito's/big corn bites
1 tin of chopped tomatoes
1 tub of chunky cottage cheese
+- half a block of grated cheese
half a finely chopped tomato
1 avocado
a handful of finely chopped lettuce
Directions:
1. Place a Layer of chips on you plate
2. Drain tinned tomatoes and layer on top of chips
3. Place a few spoons of cottage cheese on top
4. Put any hot sauce on top (if desired)
5. Add another layer of chips
6. Add your grated cheese
7. Place in the microwave for about 3min or until cheese is melted.
8. Add your finely chopped tomatoe, lettuce and mashed avocado to garnish.
9. Serve and Enjoy
