Easy healthy appetizer
Ingredients:
1 cup deans small curd cottage cheese
1 cucumber
2 tbs dill
1/3 cup blue cheese dressing
2 green onions
pinch salt
pinch crushed black pepper
Directions:
1.
Cut the cuke into slices
2.
Lightly salt the cuke slices
3.
Mix the above ingredients in mixing bowl
4.
Serve on top of cuke slices
5.
Sprinkle with crushed black pepper and a little extra dill
