Nabisco Nilla Wafers (Revised)

Taste and texture so very similar to the packaged variety. This recipe is from and claims to be the original. I tripled the recipe, so you might want to reduce it if you only want a few.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 cup fine raw sugar
1 cup butter
2 tablespoons butter
3 eggs
3 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups whole wheat flour
2 cups white flour
4 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
3 tablespoons water
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325*.
2. Cream together sugars and butter in mixer.
3. Add eggs (one at a time), then vanilla and salt.
4. Add the flour and baking powder until well incorporated. Add water and continue mixing until dough forms a ball.
5. Roll dough into 3/4 balls and flatten slightly onto a lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until cookies are a light brown.
