Basic ingredients result in a special, quick cookie Ingredients:
1 (5 1/2 to 6 1/4 oz) package buttermilk biscuit mix |
1 (2 3/4 oz) package instant potatoes |
1 cup sugar |
1 egg |
1 stick margarine, melted |
1 teaspoon coconut extract |
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients and set aside. 2. Beat egg and slowly add melted margarine and extract. 3. Combine dry ingredients and egg mixture. 4. Roll into small balls, place on ungreased cookie sheet. and press each ball with a fork. 5. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. 6. Let cool a few minutes before removing from pan. 7. Yield: 3 dozen |
