low cal. dairy, mostly egg whites, and low cal. whole wheat bread are used to shave cal. from this recipe.
Ingredients:
4 eggs
8 egg whites
1 1/3 cup fat free milk
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 cup onion
1/4 cup bell pepper
1 cups spinach
6 slices whole wheat bread, cubed
1 c. fat free mozzarella cheese
4 oz. mushrooms
4 oz. green chiles
1 tsp mustard
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 425 degrees. mix all ingridents in a greased 9X13 baking dish. Cover with foil and bake for 10 min. uncover and bake for 15 min. more. Let stand for 10 min. enjoy.
