My way to make an easy taco soup. I just made it. It was so good. I wanted to add this recipe to share with everyone.
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef (cook &drain )
18 3/4 ounces whole corn (half the juice drain)
29 ounces stewed tomatoes (with the juice)
15 ounces kidney beans (drain)
1 large onion
1 green pepper
1 1/4 ounces onion soup mix
11 1/4 ounces taco seasoning
9 ounces v 8 vegetable juice
crushed tortilla chips
Directions:
1. Add all together in a slow cooker. Cooks for 2 hours on high .On low I'm not sure how long 6 -8 hours.
2. After the soup starts to boil. To thicken the soup add the crashed tortia chips. After the soup thickens up.
