My Sweet and Sour Chicken

This is so good. We love to eat it with hot sticky steamed white rice. Jasmine rice is our favorite.
Ingredients:
8 skinless chicken breasts
1 egg
1 cup cornstarch
1 cup oil
3 cups sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup soy sauce
Directions:
1. Dip chicken in beaten egg, then cornstarch, fry in hot oil until golden brown.
2. Place in casserole dish.
3. Mix sauce well and pour over chicken and bake for 2 hours at 325*.
