I wanted to have a healthy treat during my pregnancy. I came up with this smoothie and was quite pleased. My 19 month old son even liked it!
Ingredients:
1 banana, cut up
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons wheat germ
1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelope vanilla instant breakfast drink mix
1 cup orange juice
7 frozen strawberries
1 cup ice (crushed)
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients together.
2. Serve.
