My Peanut Butter Cookies

I have been using this cookie recipe for over 30 years. It is very simple and it's a good one. I have to always double or triple this one because according to both sides of my family, they have to be evenly divided up and shared.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 crisco shortening (regular)
1 cup sugar
1 cup light brown sugar
1 cup creamy peanut butter (your favorite brand)
2 jumbo eggs
2 1/2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. In a seperate bowl, combine your dry ingredients.
2. Cream butter with Crisco.
3. Add sugars.
4. Add peanut butter and mix well.
5. Beat in your eggs.
6. Add your dry ingredients and mix until blended.
7. Shape into balls (however big you want the cookie).
8. Place on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
9. Flatten balls with fork to get the criss cross on the cookies.
10. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
11. Don't overbake.
12. I use air-bake pans and they come out great.
