My own recipe using items in my pantry
Ingredients:
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup flax seed, ground
1/2 cup wheat bran
3 cups rolled oats
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1/2 cup almonds
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon molasses
1/4 cup sugar
Directions:
1. Combine dry Ingredients and set aside.
2. Combine wet ingredients into a sauce pan and turn on heat. Heat through and pour over dry ingredients and stir until combined.
3. Put mixture onto a sheet pan and bake at 325 degrees for 15-20 minutes stirring every 5 minutes.
4. Cool and Enjoy.
