My Mum's Cucumber Salad

An easy salad that everyone likes at parties! This really whets your appetite as it's sweet, sour and spicy at the same time. Great to serve this with fried / roasted stuff!
Ingredients:
1 cucumber, deseeded and sliced into half moon shapes
1 slice pineapple, cut into bite sized pieces
1/2 carrot, peeled and shredded
2 red chilli padi
5 tablespoons lime juice, to taste
2 tablespoons sugar
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Stir well.
3. Serve chilled and enjoy.
