My Mother-In-Law's Recipes: Fried Tilapia Fish With Lime

Fried white rice and fish
Ingredients:
1 tilapia fillet, filet
2 teaspoons lime juice
1/2 teaspoon lime zest
1 pinch salt
1 pinch black pepper
1 teaspoon olive oil or 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
Directions:
1. Coat both sides of fish with ingredients and marinate for 5 minutes.
2. Heat pan with oil and place fish in pan. Cook each side for about 3 minutes (depending how thick the filet) at medium heat.
3. Serve steaming hot. Serves 1.
