My Mom's Yummy Cauliflower Salad

This recipe has been in our family for some time. It takes time to make it, but it is well worth the effort. It is always one of the first to disappear at gatherings!
Ingredients:
1 head cauliflower
1 head broccoli
1 lb frozen baby peas (thawed not cooked)
4 stalks celery
1/4 cup red onion
1 lb bacon
2 cups mayonnaise
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. chop veggies and bacon into bite sized pieces.
2. mix mayo, sugar, cheese, vinegar and salt.
3. add dressing to veggies.
4. enjoy!
