My Momma's Meatloaf

This meatloaf does not have bread crumbs or crushed up corn flakes in it. It is 100% meat! Leftovers make excellent sandwiches.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 egg, beaten
1 (8 -10 ounce) can tomato sauce
2 tablespoons mustard
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix ground beef, onion, egg, salt, pepper, and 1/2 can tomato sauce.
3. Put in pan; set aside.
4. In small bowl, mix 1/2 can tomato sauce, mustard, vinegar, and brown sugar.
5. Pour over meatloaf.
6. Bake 2 hours at 350 degrees.
