Ingredients:
1/2 lb beef (minced)
1 lb granny smith apple (peeled, cored, chopped)
1/2 cup raisins
3/4 cup golden raisin
1/2 cup dried currant
1/4 cup candied citron peel
1/4 cup candied fruit
1 tablespoon quick-cooking tapioca
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 cup sugar
6 tablespoons apple juice
1/4 cup dry sherry
2 tablespoons brandy
2 tablespoons molasses
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground mace
1/8 teaspoon fresh cracked pepper
Directions:
1. Combine all in a crockpot.
2. Cover. Cook on low for 10 hours.
