This is good served with chips or with grilled fish or chicken. You may add drained, rinsed, canned black beans or kernel corn if desired.
Ingredients:
1 large mango; peeled and diced
1/2 medium red onion; diced
1/2 large red bell pepper; minced
2 cloves fresh garlic; minced
2 jalapeno peppers; seeded and minced
1 bunch fresh cilantro; chopped
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a glass bowl.
2. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
3. Serve with tortilla chips or with grilled fish or chicken.
