This is my own favorite combination and I drink this almost everyday, the ingredients are available the whole year round. It makes a few servings, how big depends on the size and juiciness of the fruit. If you use organic produce leave the skin on the apple and pear. Don't use green tops of the carrots they are toxic and remove the pips from the apple, years ago I learned that they contain a tiny amount of cyanide, maybe not harmful but I always remove them just to be on the safe side. The ginger is a purifier and gives the drink a nice kick. Depending on how much you like ginger use more ore less.
Ingredients:
1 apple
1 pear
1 orange, peeled
1 inch fresh ginger
2 large carrots
Directions:
1. Clean the fruit, carrots and cut into a size to fit the juicer.
2. Push al the ingredients through, carrots last.
