My Greek Salad

Bright and fresh. Great flavours.
Ingredients:
4 cups cherry tomatoes or 4 cups grape tomatoes, halved
1/2 english cucumber, diced
1/2 red onion, sliced paper thin
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
1 cup kalamata olive
1 cup flat leaf parsley, chopped
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon oregano
salt & pepper
Directions:
1. Combine Tomatoes, Cucumber, Red onion, Feta Cheese, Kalamata Olives and Parsley.
2. Mix dressing ingredients together and pour over salad.
3. Let sit in fridge for 1 hour.
