An amazing concotion, that I made up myself. The perfect blend of banana and grape. Please try!
Ingredients:
1 banana
1 cup grape juice
2 scoops protein shake mix, any brand you choose
1/2 cup of strawberry kiwi v8 vegetable juice
Directions:
1. cut up the banana.
2. add ALL ingredients including cut up banana into a blender.
3. mix the ingredients to the texture you would like.
