My mom had made this chicken all the time and me not being a big fan of chicken, this was the only way I would eat it!!! Once I got older and started helping her cook I asked her for the recipe and gave her the weirdest look when she told me what all she put in it... hope you guys enjoy it!!! Sorry guys I do not remember the cooking time, but you'll know when the chicken is ready. Ingredients:
12 chicken breasts |
1 (12 ounce) can coke |
1 cup ketchup |
2 cups mustard |
1 garlic clove |
1 bay leaf |
1/4 quart onion |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F
2. Rub the mustard all over the chicken breast. place in oven proof container
3. Mix, ketchup, coke, garlic, onion, wine, in blender. Pour on chicken.
4. Bake covered (i estimate like 1-2hrs).
