My Easy Chicken Chili

So easy and flavorful because of the six simple spices. This is a mild chili. Add more cayenne pepper if you like it spicy.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs.chicken cutlets- cut into small cubes
1 tbls. olive oil
1 1/2 cups chopped onions(about 1 large size onion)
8 oz. pkg. sharp cheddar cheese-shredded
1 can (14oz.)low sodium chicken broth
1 can (4oz.) chopped green chilies
1 can (19oz.)cannellini beans-undrained
1 box yellow rice-prepared according to pkg.
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tbls. chili powder
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. cilantro
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
Directions:
1. Heat oil in very large saucepan over med.-high heat.
2. Add chicken and onions - cook for 5-10 min.
3. Stir in all dry spices - cook for 2 min.
4. Stir in broth and green chilies - simmer for 30 min.
5. Stir in beans - simmer for 10 min.
6. Mix in cheddar cheese and prepared yellow rice.
