My Dad's Pimento Cheese

I am not much of a pimento cheese fan, but this is good stuff. I prefer it as a dip for veggies (celery, carrots). This is my Dad's recipe.
Ingredients:
1 (1 lb) premium white extra-sharp cheddar cheese
1 (1 lb) yellow sharp cheddar cheese
2 cups mayonnaise (or sub sour cream or plain yogart)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 (4 ounce) jars pimentos, undrained
Directions:
1. Grate the cheeses and mix togther in a large bowl.with remaining ingredients. Cover and chill.
