Directions:

  1. Cook pasta til al dente. Drain.
  2. Add veggies to pasta.
  3. For dressing assoil, vinegar, lemon juice, seasoning, sugar and garlic.
  4. Toss in pasta.
  5. Top with lemon zest,chopped mint and cheese.
  6. Chill.
