My Best Cheese Omelette

After countless omelettes turning into scrambled eggs...I finally mastered this egg thing. This is simple, yet delicious!
Ingredients:
2 eggs
salt
pepper
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon water
2 slices deluxe american cheese (kraft)
Directions:
1. Melt butter in 10 non-stick pan.
2. Whip eggs and water well with fork or whip. Add salt and pepper.
3. Stir.
4. Once butter melted, add egg mixture.
5. In first 30 seconds make a few slits with spatula to allow eggs to cook in center.
6. Over MED-HI heat tilt pan back & forth so runny part of eggs cook.
7. Pan should be nice & slippery for this!
8. When almost done, tear cheese slices & place over eggs.
9. Allow cheese to melt slightly.
10. Fold half egg over the other.
11. Give about 30 seconds to set.
12. Slip egg onto plate.
13. Enjoy!
