Ingredients:
2 cups chicken, cooked and diced
1 celery rib, diced
1 hard-boiled egg, chopped
1 small cucumber, diced
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground mustard
1/8 teaspoon pepper
sliced almonds (optional)
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
2. Chill before serving.
