My 4 Ingredient Easy Empanada

a quick,easy favorite everyone will love and think you spent alot more time!
Ingredients:
1lb. ground beef
1 cup your favorite chunky salsa
1 package (15 oz,)ready to use refrigerated pie crusts (2 crusts)
1 cup mexican style finely grated shredded cheese
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 egg beaten with a little water to make an eggwash
Directions:
1. brown meat,adding seasoning.
2. Drain.
3. Stir in salsa,remove from heat
4. place one crust on a baking sheet;
5. Top with meat mixture,spreading to within i inch of edge.
6. Cover with cheese and then remaining crust.
7. seal eggs with fork.
8. brush with egg wash .
9. BAKE:25 minutes or until golden brown.
10. Cool 5 minutes,before cutting into wedges
11. SERVE AND ENJOY!
