Ingredients:
1/4 cup apricot preserves
2 -4 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
2 -3 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon light brown sugar
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon crushed caraway seed
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
1 teaspoon crushed black peppercorns
2 lbs boneless sirloin tip roast, fat trimmed
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients except the beef in a medium bowl.
2. Spread on all surfaces of the meat. Place met on rack in roasting pan.
3. Roast at 350 until thermometer reaches 140-160 degrees (medium to well done); 30-45 minutes.
