Mustard, Maple and Walnut Sauce

Another one from Everyday Food Magazine. I wanted to save. Serve with grilled chicken or pork.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup dijon mustard
1/4 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
coarse salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste.
2. If storing, cover and refrigerate up to 2 days.
