Ingredients:
2 bunches (about 4 pounds) mustard greens, cleaned
4 medium turnips, peeled and quartered
1 medium onion, chopped
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. Place mustard greens and remaining ingredients in a large Dutch oven; add water to cover. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 2 hours or until mustard greens are tender.
