5 lbs beef ribs
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/4 cup dijon mustard
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup beef broth
1 tablespoon beef bouillon granules

1. Season the ribs with salt and pepper. Place on a greased rack on a roasting pan and bake at 450 degrees for 30 minutes.
2. Turn the ribs and bake at 300 degrees for 30 more minutes. Remove from oven. Reduce oven temperature to 200 degrees.
