A very simple way to cook mussels and the macaroni will taste fishy too
Ingredients:
1/2 kg mussels
125 g macaroni
water
parsley
2 garlic cloves
lettuce
Directions:
1. boil mussels in the water with the parsley and garlic.
2. Take out fish and sieve the water, but keep water and use to boil the macaroni.
3. place the lettuce and macaroni on a dish and put mussels on top.
4. garnish with parsley.
