Mushy Stuffed Chops

Ingredients:
1/2 cup(s) country crock butter
3 tablespoon(s) feta
1 tablespoon(s) frech cracked pepper
1 whole(s) granny smith apple cored
1 teaspoon(s) medeteranian seasoning (mcormick)
8 piece(s) pork chops (de-boned)
2 sprig(s) rosemary
4 sprig(s) sage
1/4 cup(s) sharp aged chedder cheese
1 package(s) sliced portabello mushroom
4 tablespoon(s) soft goat cheese
Directions:
1. In a hot pan combine over med/high heat sliced apple, mushrooms, all spices and butter until slightly soft. Remove contents and place in bowl, remove pan from fire. In the bowl ass goat and feta cheese, mix and place in split chops. Replace pan to fire and cook chops on med/high heat for about 4 minutes on each side. Once done remove chops place in oven safe pan, sprinkle Sharp chedder cheese across the top and place in 350 oven for 8-10 minutes or until meat reaches 145*. remove and serve immediately. ** You can add maple syrup to teh stuffing mixture for sweet & savory, or a dash or two of tabasco for spice.
