Mushrooms With Sour Cream

An old favorite that my mom makes.
Ingredients:
8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon all-purpose flour
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 dash pepper
minced dill weed or parsley
Directions:
1. Cook and stir mushrooms in butter for 3 minutes.
2. Stir in flour; cook and stir for 1 minute.
3. Stir in sour cream, salt and pepper. Heat, stirring occasionally, just until hot.
4. Sprinkle with dill weed.
