I nice lunch dish to be enjoyed while listening to The Moldau by Smetana
Ingredients:
1 lb mushroom
3 tablespoons butter
1/4 teaspoon marjoram
salt and pepper
1 pinch nutmeg
1 lemon, juice of
1 1/4 cups sour cream
6 slices bread, toasted
Directions:
1. Clean and slice mushrooms.
2. Saute in hot butter for 2 minutes over hight heat.
3. Remove from heat.
4. Add marjarum, nutmet, lemon juice, salt& pepper.
5. Place over low heat, add sour cream.
6. Heat but do not let it come to a boil.
7. Serve over sliced toast.
