Mushrooms In Sour Cream

This is a good side with steak. With my mushroom lovers I have to double this recipe.
Ingredients:
1/4 pound mushrooms, sliced
1 teaspoon butter
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 teaspoons flour
salt
ground pepper
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
2. Melt butter in skillet, and sauté the mushrooms until lightly browned.
3. Blend the sour cream, flour, salt and pepper together, stir into the mushrooms and heat to just below the boiling point. Put into a small baking dish, sprinkle with the cheese and parsley, and bake for about 10 minutes.
