These are awesome. Great appetizer and also great chopped up and served over chicken, beef or pork. Enjoy
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 ounce butter
1 teaspoon quick frozen garlic
1/2 teaspoon garlic pepper
1-1/4 pounds button mushrooms
3/4 teaspoon curry powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons fresh coriander chopped
2 teaspoon lemon juice
Directions:
1. Heat oil in wok or frying pan and melt butter.
2. Add garlic, garlic pepper, mushrooms, curry and salt and fry gently for 4 minutes.
3. Stir in coriander and lemon juice then serve immediately.
