Mushrooms, Cheese, Eggs and Ham Breakfast Special

They recommend you can use salami instead of ham, so if you like a bit of bite try hot salami.
Ingredients:
4 (130 g) mushrooms (flat well opened)
200 g ham (finely sliced or salami, hot if you like bite)
1/4 cup olive oil
3/4 cup cheddar cheese (tasty coarsely grated)
4 eggs (large)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 200C (180C fan forced).
2. Arrange mushrooms and ham in a 27cm x 17cm (base measurement) ovenproof dish.
3. Drizzle the mushrooms with oil.
4. Bake for 10 minutes.
5. Sprinkle mushrooms with cheese and bake for 5 minutes more.
6. Carefully crack eggs onto the ham and bake for 5 minutes more or until cheese is melted and eggs cooked to your liking.
7. Season with salt and pepper and serve at once.
