Ingredients:
1 cup chicken broth
1 (8 ounce) package sliced mushrooms
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 cup instant brown rice
1 teaspoon olive oil
2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
Directions:

Combine chicken broth herbs and spices.

Bring to a boil.
3.
Stir in the rice.
4.
Reduce the heat and cover.
5.
Simmer for 10 minutes or until the rice is cooked through.
6.
Stir in the walnuts.
