Mushroom Swiss Burger Stuffed Bell Pepper

its a combitation of a stuffed bell pepper and a mushroom swiss burger with a cajun twist
Ingredients:
4 bell peppers
2 lemons
sliced mushrooms
1 jalepano
1 large onion
5 cloves of garlic
1lb of ground beef(or can substitue with inards of spicy sausage)
1 cup of cooked rice
2 cups of shredded swiss cheese
green onions
olive oil
Directions:
1. top and core the four bell peppers
2. place peppers open end up on grill(peferably on top of a grill pan)
3. chop/dice onions, garlic, green onions, and jalepano
4. place all veggies/herbs and mushrooms in saute pan with olive oil
5. then place the ground beef in a pot/pan and brown and spice to taste
6. then cook your rice
7. when peppers are almost completly soft, remove them and set them to the side for a second
8. when ground beef is fully brown, mix with 1 cup of shredded cheese and all sauted herbs and veggies
9. after mixed up well stuff all peppers with the stir fry looking mixture
10. then top of with more shredded cheese and wa-la
