Mushroom Soup- Turkey Burgers

THESE BURGERS ARE A GOOD SUBSTITUE FOR BEEF BURGERS IF YOUR LOOKING TO CUT THE FAT OUT OF YOUR DIET.
Ingredients:
1-1/2 lbs of ground turkey ( you can use ground chicken)
1tsp of chopped garlic.
tsp of oregano - a level tsp full.
2eggs- beaten
1/8 cup of instant potatoe flakes.
1 large can of cream of mushroom soup
salt and pepper to you liking.
olive oil about a couple table spoonfuls
Directions:
1. PLACE TURKEY IN A LARGE MIXING BOWL. THEN ADD THE GARLIC, OREGANO, THE 2 BEATEN EGGS AND THE POTATOE FLAKES. ADD THE AMOUNT OF SALT AND PEPPER THAT YOU LIKE AT THIS TIME.MIX WELL AND FORM INTO PATTIES.IN A LARGE FRYING PAN PLACE THE PATTIES AND OLIVE OIL. BROWN ON BOTH SIDES AND THEN ADD THE CREAM OF MUSH ROOM SOUP, THAT HAS BEEN DELUTED WITH WATER OVER THE PATTIES. SIMMER FOR ABOUT 15 MIN. WHEN DONE SERVE WITH PATATOES OR RICE. VERY TASTY.
2. *MAKE SURE WHEN MIXING IN THE POTATOE FLAKES YOU DONT GET TO MUCH SO ADD A LITTLE BIT AT A TIME AND MIX WELL AFTER EACH TIME YOU ADD THE FLAKES.
