Great for Church or Camping. Prep the night before an refrigerate
Ingredients:
10 sl whole wheat bread cubed
1 lb bulk sausage
1 cn 4oz mushroom pieces, drain
1/2 c shredded cheddar
1/2 c shredded swiss
6 eggs lightly beaten
1 c milk
1 c 1/2 & 1/2
1 ts worchestershire
1/2 ts pepper
Directions:
1. COOK SAUSAGE OVER MED HEAT UNTIL NO LONGER PINK, DRAIN. PLACE BREAD CUBES IN A GREASED, 13x9x2 BAKING DISH. SPRINKLE WITH THE SAUSAGE, MUSHROOMS AND CHEESES. COMBINE THE REMAINING INGREDIENTS IN A BOWL AND POUR OVER THE TOP. COVER AND REFRIGERATE OVER NIGHT. REMOVE FROM REFRIGERATOR 30 MINUTES BEFORE BAKING. BAKE UNCOVERED AT 350 FOR 35-45 MINUTES OR UNTIL KNIFE COMES OUT CLEAN
