Ingredients:
1 1/2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 1/2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 cup milk
1 (6-ounce) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
1 tablespoon sherry
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon catsup
Directions:
1. Melt butter in a heavy saucepan over low heat; add flour, stirring well. Gradually add milk; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly. Remove from heat, and stir in mushrooms, sherry, Worcestershire sauce, and catsup.
