Mushroom Sauce

A delicious sauce to serve over London broil or other beef of your choice
Ingredients:
1 (10 ounce) package baby portabella mushrooms
olive oil
1/4 cup steak sauce
1/4 cup dry sherry
1 teaspoon brown sugar
Directions:
1. Saute mushrooms in a little olive oil in a nonstick pan over medium high heat for 5 mins., stirring occasionally.
2. In a small bowl combine the remaining ingredients and add to mushrooms. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minute Serve over beef.
