Mushroom Rolls

Our cooking club makes masses of these for the freezer at Christmas time.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 lb mushroom, chopped
1/4 cup butter
8 ounces cream cheese
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
butter
sandwich bread
Directions:
1. Saute onions and mushrooms in butter until the onions are clear and soft.
2. Add cream cheese in chunks.
3. Add next 4 ingredients.
4. Stir until cheese melts.
5. Cool.
6. Remove crusts from bread.
7. Roll each slice with a rolling pin.
8. Spread with mushroom mixture.
9. Roll like a jelly roll.
10. Brush with butter.
11. Freeze.
12. To serve.
13. Cut each roll in three pieces.
14. Arrange on ungreased baking sheet.
15. Bake at 400* for 10 to 15 minutes.
