Very simple, yet very effective. Best served warm.
Ingredients:
1 cup rice
mushroom
onion
oil (for frying)
soy sauce
Directions:
1. Boil rice as normal.
2. In a separate pan, saute the onions and add mushrooms.
3. When the rice is done, add soy sauce to taste, mix in the mushrooms and onions and serve!
