Mushroom Ragout

A little variation on a recipe. Great side dish.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons chicken broth
1 pinch salt
1 pinch ground black pepper
1 tablespoon parsley
1 garlic clove
3 mushrooms
2 green onions
1 tablespoon dry white wine
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon oregano
Directions:
1. Mix first 5 ingredients in a food processor.
2. Sautee garlic for about 1 minute.
3. Add mushrooms and green onions.
4. Sautee for 5 minutes.
5. Add wine, thyme and oregano and stir until sauce thickens.
6. Pour parsley-oil mixture over mushrooms and mix together.
