A very easy starter or as part of an antipasto platter. Serve with sourdough bread.
Ingredients:
50 g butter
olive oil
350 g button mushrooms, sliced
100 g walnuts, crushed
salt
Directions:
1. Heat butter and a little olive oil in frying pan.
2. Add mushrooms and saute until softened and lightly coloured.
3. Transfer to food processor add walnuts and blend until smooth.
4. Season with salt to taste.
