Ingredients:

  • 15 tbsp flour (maida)
  • 1/4 tbsp ajimotto
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 2-3 tbsp soya sauce
  • lots of coriander leaves

Directions:

  1. Put the cut mushrooms and marinate in flour batter for minimum 1 hour Flour batter (15 tbsp flour, salt , ajimotto, and water as required to make a smooth paste or free flowing but thick batter) Deep fry these mushroom to golden colour & keep aside For the sauce Heat 2 tbsp oil in a deep frying pan.
  2. Fry ginger , garlic and garam masala Make the flame low and add 10 tbsp of water Bring it to a boil add soya sauce,salt ot taste and lots of coriandra immediatelyadd 2 tbsp cornflower in very little water and add it to this sauce immediately add the hot fried mushroomsare well coated with the sauce is light add 1-2 tbsp more of soya sauce and mix well serve hot, spicy & crispy
