Mushroom and Spinach Egg-White Omelet

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms

Directions:

  1. Spray small skillet with oil. Put on medium heat.
  2. Put spinach and mushrooms in.
  3. When the spinach beins to wilt, add egg-whites.
  4. Fold omelet when the edges are firm.
